Qualifications and Guidelines
This section outlines the minimum requirements and ethical guidelines for experts who wish to join the Knowledge Expert Pool. Please review carefully to ensure eligibility before applying.
An expert in the knowledge pool should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Masters relevant to GCF and other development projects
- 5-10 years working on development/climate finance projects in the Indonesian context
- Fluent in Indonesian (preferred) Working proficiency (required)
- 5 years minimum working on climate adaptation, mitigation, or finance development projects
- Available to respond to and support requests
- Understand and agree to the guidelines for acceptable conduct
- Consent to have their contact information on file in encrypted form at the NDA
- Consent to post links to published articles authored by them
Additional qualifying criteria:
- Experience with GCF proposals preferred but not required
- Published author preferred but not required
- Consent to post Name, Position
- Consent to have Contact info on file (not displayed)
- Linked-in url (displayed only with consent)
Guidelines for acceptable conduct in supporting prospective applicants
These guidelines describe the expected professional behavior and responsibilities of experts when supporting stakeholders. All applicants must agree to follow them as a condition of registration.
- Professional conduct with regard to any proprietary project information
- Professional response in a timely manner to requests
- Polite language with willingness to mentor and guide
- Honesty when encountering difficult requests
- Respect intellectual property with professional integrity
- Report of any disrespectful conduct or online abuse to the site administrator
